Papertrey Make It Monday #176: Backgrounds with Embossing Paste

I just could not wait to use the quilt die in the August Make It Market Kit.  When I saw this tutorial I knew right away that this die was perfect for the project.  I wanted the card to be simple to focus on the die.

SUPPLIES

Stamp Set:
Quilter Sampler (text)

Ink:
Barely Banana, Mellow Moss, Pacific Point and Smokey Shadow

Paper:
Ivory and an unknown Blue Card Stock

Accessories:
Quilt Die from August 2014 Make It Market Kit, Dreamweaver Embossing Paste, Dimensionals, Ivory Button, Ivory Twine

This is just BEAUTIFUL, Joanne!!! I look forward to checking out the tutorial, I'd love to try this or something like it as I don't have the PTI quilt die. I do love PTI and have a collection of stamps mainly, and love them.

What an amazing card, I love how you've created that texture in the quilt block, looks fantastic!

My first time on your blog, I hope to start my own sometime soon, one of my goals. I saw your card on SCS and had to take a look here too because I was so impressed.
