How to make the dew drops:
I first die cut the image and then soaked it by spritzing quite a bit of water on it.  I then used my heat gun to dry up most of the water, but the paper was still very wet.  While wet, I stamped my image and then immediately pressed ii into the VersaMark, covered it with Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel and melted that with the heat gun.  I think because it was still quite wet it made the embossing enamel run a little when heated making the dew drop effect.

This is the first time I entered a card creation into what is referred to as a "Teapot Tuesday" Challenge.  My interpretation of the inspiration was a girl who loved rainbows.  My interpretation of the rainbow was the three colors of ribbon ties into a bow.
