Magnolias - Spellbinders Around the World Stamping Event

A gorgeous and one of my favorite cards from the #Spellbinders Around the World Virtual Card Making Event.  It took me forever to complete mine as I could not seem to keep all the pieces in the die cut.  I went through piles and piles of very small pieces looking for just the right one.  I have since learned from others in the Around the World Facebook page many different ideas to help me.

This one of the last classes of the day and I was tired.  However, I watched the replay the next morning and finished this card.

Thank you #Spellbinders Around the World and #Yana Smakula.  I was so sad about the event ending.

Paint Brush

At first I thought I wouldn't care for this die set.  Boy I was wrong - in real life it is beautiful.  I made one similar to the designer Vicky Papaisannou from Greece for #Spellbinders.

It was so much fun I made two different styles.

I added white splatter to the background to represent painting and colored the bristles with two different shades of pan pastel chalk.

Hibiscus Bloom

Another card I made at #Spellbinder's Around the World Cardmaking Event.  This is one of my favorites, but I am in need of more practice.  I flatten mine to put on card so I could mails it.  It was no taller than a thick dimensional is.

This Hibiscus Bloom Die Set is stunning and designed by Susan Tierney-Cockburn for Spellbinders.

Thank you Susan and Spellbinders.  I had a marvelous time and hope to have the ability to attend again.

Hello You Its Been Too Long

This card was designed by Jose Cirincione for #Spellbinders "Around the World" Cardmaking event.  I tried to make something similar to Ms. Cirincione with different colors.  It looks kinda wonky in this photo because its just a card front that needs to be glued to a base card.

The stamping event was so excellent and I would encourage anyone that can to attend.

There is a LOVE and CHRISTMAS Colorblock die available on the Spellbinders website and examples on the site using them.

The Christmas one in particular is so awesome.

The Christmas one can be seen at the following link:  Christmas Bold Colorblock Die

The LOVE may be found at:  LOVE Color Block Die

Okay for first one (I call them prototypes) and learned a lot with tips which I believe will make my future ones better.

Thanks Josie and Spellbinders.

Spellbinders Butterfly Card

This card was designed by Bibi Cameron of the United Kingdom for #Spellbinders "Around the World Virtual Cardmaking Event".  The designer was so helpful and had great instructions.  The following photo is what I made with her design.
