I used parts of the bride's invitation on the pull outs inside. The middle pull out is a gift card holder and the left and right are parts of her invitation. Photos can also be stored in the slots. The basis of this is three 5 x 5 square envelopes.

Get well card I made. I love quilts and anything to do with the Amish.
