Love Negative Die Cut Backgrounds

Papertrey Make It Monday #349

This Monday’s challenge was called, “Negative Die Cut Backgrounds” by Ashley Newell of Papertrey Ink.  Here example had white on top, but every time I tried white card stock on the top layer, I could not see the die cut out form.  Maybe I could have glued the image down in more places than just the edges now that I think of it.

Fun challenge.  All products used are Papertrey Ink, unless otherwise stated:

Stamp Set
Say It with Style (Text)

Ink
True Black

Papers
Pure Poppy and White Linen (Fresh Snow) Cardstocks
MFT Dots & Stripes Neutral Designer Paper

Accessories
Stitched Folk Flower Stitching Die, 3M Foam Dimensional, Gemini Machine, Scan n Cut Machine

This card gets prettier every time I look at it. Great card!

So pretty on the red card base with the white seen through the die cut!
