Owl Birthday

Of course right as I was finished, my hand made a black smudgy - does this ever happen to you?  It is so frustrating.

SUPPLIES
Stamp Set:  Fillable Frames #4 (PTI) and Punch Bunch (SU)
Card Stock: Kraft, Taken With Teal, White, Black and paper from a magazine I tore out
Ink:  Black, Taken With Teal
Accessories:  Fillable Frames #4 Die, Teal Twine, Owl Punch from SU
