Happy Birthday

A birthday card for my nephew. I was inspired by Joelle at Scrapbook
Snippets- http://scrapbooksnippets.blogspot.com/2011/07/h2h-converse-sneaker-card.html

I used stitching dies instead of white embossing, used eyelets rather than paper and put a sentiment on the bottom.
